Procgen trees - pines 2nd pass

Version 7:

A second pass on procedurally generated pine trees, now with more branches and a bit more symmetry plus a somewhat more tapering shape towards the top, with bigger branches lower down.

Also offset the branch movement from the rest of the tree so there's some overlap and follow through on movement, and added some subtle higher frequency light rustling in the wind.
